Return Eligibility

You may return an item within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but it may be eligible for return under this policy.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs where applicable. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
